ABOUT US

Integrated Wellbeing Consulting and Coaching partners with organizations, institutions, and individuals to support whole-person wellbeing through trauma-informed, evidence-based, and person-centered health education, consulting, and coaching.

Our work focuses primarily on mental health, the mind–body connection, and recovery, recognizing that wellbeing is shaped by both individual experiences and the systems people move within. We believe sustainable change happens when education is compassionate, accessible, and grounded in real-world application.

Services are led by a master’s-level trained health educator with specialized experience across both mental and physical health, education and school mental health, and recovery, while also supported by master’s-level dietetic and nutrition placements as available. Together, we offer thoughtful, tailored support to companies, nonprofits, organizations, and universities/schools seeking to strengthen wellbeing initiatives and fill gaps in health education programming, along with person-centered one-on-one health education coaching.

One-on-One Coaching & Individual Support

In addition to organizational consulting, we offer one-on-one coaching and health education support that can be embedded within organizational contracts or provided individually. Coaching is educational, not clinical, and is grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based, and person-centered practices. Areas of focus may include:

  • Mental health and emotional wellbeing education

  • Understanding and strengthening the mind–body connection

  • Stress management, burnout prevention, executive functioning, and resilience-building

  • Recovery-informed education and support

  • Mind and body connection + practices (sleep, nutrition, movement, and more)

  • Health behavior change, goal setting, and sustainable wellbeing practices

This integrated approach allows us to support both systems-level change and individual-level growth, creating meaningful and lasting impact.  One-on-one coaching is offered virtually via our telehealth system.

Health Education Consulting

Our consulting services are customized to meet the unique needs of each organization and may include:

  • Program and curriculum development

  • Strategic planning and capacity building

  • Data assessment, evaluation, and data-driven decision making

  • Resource identification, asset mapping, and referral development

  • Creation of trauma-informed, inclusive health education materials and programs

  • Support for mental health, mind–body wellbeing, and recovery-informed initiatives

We work collaboratively with organizations to design practical, sustainable solutions that align with their mission, culture, and population served.

At Integrated Wellbeing Consulting and Coaching, we are committed to meeting people and organizations where they are, honoring lived experience, and supporting wellbeing in ways that are compassionate, practical, and rooted in best practices. We are honored to do this work alongside the communities we serve, whether that be one-on-one or organizationally.
