Wellbeing and Recovery Coaching Services

Personalized, health education and wellbeing coaching to support mental wellbeing, body awareness, and sustainable recovery.

 

I offer one-on-one health education and coaching for individuals seeking compassionate, practical support in understanding mental health, reconnecting with their bodies, and/or navigating recovery or life transitions. Services are educational and supportive in nature and do not replace therapy or medical care.

 

Areas of Focus

Mental Health Education & Support:  Education and coaching to build understanding, self-awareness, and coping skills.

May include:

  • Understanding stress, anxiety, depression, and burnout

  • Mental health literacy and self-advocacy

  • Identifying patterns, activation points, and early warning signs

  • Developing supportive routines and boundaries

  • Navigating referrals and additional support when needed

 

Mind–Body Connection & Nervous System Support:  Gentle, accessible education on how mental, emotional, and physical health interact.

May include:

  • Nervous system education (fight/flight/freeze)

  • Recognizing stress signals in the body

  • Sleep, nourishment, movement, and mental wellbeing

  • Body image, self-trust, and reconnecting with the body

  • Grounding, regulation, and self-soothing practices

 

Recovery-Centered Health Education & Coaching: Whole-person support for individuals navigating recovery or major life transitions.

May include:

  • Substance use, eating disorder, or mental health recovery support (non-clinical)

  • Identity and life after crisis, illness, or burnout

  • Grief, loss, and change within recovery

  • Creating sustainable, values-aligned recovery routines

  • Redefining success, productivity, and wellbeing

  • Supporting families and loved ones of an individual experiencing substance use disorders, eating disorders, or following a loss to suicide or overdose
