Join us for a six-week, strengths-based group designed to support your overall wellbeing. Through a blend of education, reflection, and practical tools, you’ll build skills to enhance resilience, balance, and self-awareness in a supportive environment. The group will take place over a six-week period with each weekly session being 45-minutes in length
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy We want you to feel confident in your investment with us. Coaching packages are eligible for a full refund if canceled within three (3) months of purchase, provided that no more than one session has been used. All purchased sessions must be utilized within six (6) months of purchase. Unused sessions after this timeframe will expire and are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule a session, we kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice whenever possible so that we can best accommodate your needs.
