The Safe Harbor for Survivors Program offers a compassionate, steady space for individuals who have experienced the loss of a loved one to suicide or overdose. Through a variety of virtual support groups, workshops, community meet-ups, and remembrance gatherings, this program is designed to meet survivors wherever they are in their grief journey.

Rooted in safety, understanding, and shared presence, each offering provides an opportunity for connection with others who truly understand this unique and tender loss. Participation is always at your own pace. There is no expectation to share more than feels right, and no “right way” to grieve. Whether you are seeking structured support, gentle community, or simply a place to land, the Safe Harbor Program exists to hold space with compassion and care.

To help create a supportive and compassionate environment, group size is intentionally limited. For this reason, completion of the onboarding form is required prior to attending. This allows facilitators to thoughtfully hold the space and ensure each session remains safe, supportive, and responsive to those present.

You are welcome here, just as you are.

Survivors of Overdose Loss Support Group (COMING SOON)
Our support groups are a gentle, compassionate space created for individuals who have experienced the loss of a loved one to suicide or overdose. This space exists to offer connection, understanding, and care without pressure, expectations, or the need to have the “right” words. Grief after suicide can be complex and deeply personal, and our groups honor that each person’s experience is unique.

Participants are welcome to engage in whatever way feels safest and most supportive to them, whether that means sharing, listening, sitting quietly, or simply being present. This group is rooted in respect, choice, and the belief that healing happens in many forms and at many paces.
