It’s a beautiful way to:

• practice mindfulness and intention
• and support one another through the season
Finish with a cozy cocoa chat and talk about how you can help each other’s wishes and intentions come to life. Here’s to a winter filled with warmth, connection, and little lights that remind us of hope!
