Sydney is a dietetic intern at Kansas University Medical Center. She earned her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nutrition, Dietetics, and Sensory Sciences, along with a kinesiology minor, from Kansas State University, where she competed in cross country and track.

Drawing from her expertise in nutrition and her athletic background, Sydney certainly believes health is shaped by nutrition and movement–and yet so much more. She is passionate about a holistic approach to health that fosters deeper meaning and true community. Sydney aims to blend her love for nutrition science and creativity to design events, programs, and resources that make wellness both attainable and inspiring.
