"The Real Life Unplugged Podcast is all about embracing the beauty of living authentically and intentionally in a world that often feels too busy to slow down and prioritize your needs.  It is a culture that can sometimes lead us to feeling like we need to look a certain way, act a certain way, or showcase our ‘highlight reel’ to show outwardly that everything is great. In this digital age, it can feel like we’re constantly plugged into something—whether it’s work, social media, or the overwhelming pressures that can come with modern life. But what if we could slow down, unplug, and reconnect with ourselves and the world around us in a way that is both compassionate and authentic? That is exactly what we are going to explore in this safe space.

I’ll be sharing stories, insights, and conversations centered around mental health, wellbeing, mindfulness, and living a life that feels true to who you are. We will talk about everything from self-care and boundary-setting, to the challenges we face in navigating this fast-paced world, all the way to creating systemic and cultural changes to better support our current generation and generations to come. I will be bringing in people from the community who have inspiring stories to share.
