The Healing Porch is a safe, compassionate support group for individuals who have experienced the loss of a loved one to suicide. This group offers a gentle space for connection, understanding, and shared presence with others who are walking a similar journey. Participation is always at your own pace.

To help create a supportive and compassionate environment, group size is intentionally limited. For this reason, completion of the onboarding form is required prior to attending. This allows facilitators to thoughtfully hold the space and ensure each session remains safe, supportive, and responsive to those present.

You are welcome here, just as you are.

About the Group

Survivors of Suicide Loss Support Group

The Healing Porch is a gentle, compassionate support group created for individuals who have experienced the loss of a loved one to suicide. This space exists to offer connection, understanding, and care without pressure, expectations, or the need to have the “right” words. Grief after suicide can be complex and deeply personal, and The Healing Porch honors that each person’s experience is unique.

Participants are welcome to engage in whatever way feels safest and most supportive to them, whether that means sharing, listening, sitting quietly, or simply being present. This group is rooted in respect, choice, and the belief that healing happens in many forms and at many paces.

Please note that The Healing Porch is not a direct program or initiative of Integrated Wellbeing Consulting (IWC). Rather, IWC is honored to support this group as a AFSP trained support group facilitator.
